Seth Irie – A young Ivestri Artificer who’s been running her parents Magic shop.
After four years on her own, her otherwise boring life is disrupted by a psychotic treasure hunter, a talking sword, anomalous inanimate objects coming to life, government investigators, and Lich hunting Sun monks. Seth is faced with unravelling the troubling circumstances surrounding the disappearance of her parents.

Reave – A magical sentient sword, presumably centuries old. Passed down through the ages and subsequently forgotten, They were discovered by Seth in an abandoned villa in the mountains surrounding Dreadoir. Supposedly an incredibly powerful artifact, but cannot be wielded by those they deem unworthy.

Hudson Mallory – A half Ivestri inspector for the Uthuran Republic, Tasked with investigating Anomaly sightings reported throughout the Republic and its neighbors. After Hudson crosses paths with Seth, her magical expertise may help them both uncover the truth behind the bizarre and dangerous anomalies plaguing the continent.

The Lich Hunters

Corvo – An Ivestri Sun-Child of the Deread Monastery and deputy to Lich hunter “Master Chrom”. Despite his pacifist upbringing, he is tasked with the dangerous job of hunting down Liches. He is hesitant to resort to violence but he will do whatever it takes to protect his people.

Master Chrom – A Monnid Sun Monk, and Chief Lich Hunter of the Children of the Sun. His job is to track, prosecute, and eliminate existential threats to the people of his faith, Liches. A dangerous job not many monks are willing, let alone capable of doing. With his loyal Deputy Corvo, he travels the continent in hopes of fulfilling his life’s work. Destroying every last copy of the journals of Sabat Alistain, an ancient Lich who discovered the power to steal souls in order to extend one’s own life. When he and Corvo discover a printed copy of the journal, they are quickly led to the presumed source, Seth’s magic shop.

Supporting Cast

Simmons Foster – A Major Corporal in the Uthuran Army currently keeping the peace between the Ivestran states. A close friend of Seth’s parents, he keeps a close eye on her making sure she stays out of trouble. But can’t really stop trouble from finding her.

Ramona Bismarck – Secretary of the “Magical Anomaly Investigations Department”. She assists Hudson in his assignments.
